Whose Fault Is It? ("the Service") is an entertainment app that uses AI to generate humorous, balanced, or serious verdicts on everyday disputes. It is operated by the Whose Fault Is It? team.
Not Legal Advice
Verdicts are for entertainment purposes only. They are not legal advice, professional mediation, or binding arbitration. Do not use this service to resolve legal disputes, custody matters, financial disagreements, or any situation requiring professional guidance.
Account & Access
- You get 1 free verdict without signing up.
- Additional verdicts require purchase or a promo code.
- Signing in with your email creates an account that syncs your verdicts across devices.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your email for account recovery.
Purchases & Refunds
- All purchases are processed by Stripe in US dollars.
- Verdict packs are non-refundable once purchased, as the digital content is delivered immediately.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased verdicts, contact us for assistance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or defame others
- Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to circumvent payment or verdict limits
- Automate access to the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Reverse engineer or exploit the service
AI-Generated Content
- Verdicts are generated by AI and may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies.
- The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate content despite our best efforts to prevent it.
- You share verdicts at your own discretion and responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: hurt feelings, relationship damage, arguments that escalate after receiving a verdict, or any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
